A few simple guidelines keep every appointment relaxed, on time and fair for everyone.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment.
- This deposit goes toward your total.
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred if you give at least 24 hours notice.
Booking & appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance and deposit must be sent.
- Please come with bare nails unless you've booked a soak-off or fill.
Late policy
- Please arrive on time! There is a 10-minute grace period.
- After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.
- After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added.
- After 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled.
- No-shows may be blocked from booking in the future.
- No-call, no-shows will be charged the full amount of their service.
Health & safety
- I do not work on clients with visible fungus, infection, or open wounds.
Payment
- All payments are made securely through the website — your deposit when you book, and the rest after your appointment.
- Pay with debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App Pay.
