What we collect
When you book an appointment, you give us:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- if you choose to add them: your Instagram handle, notes about the set you'd like, and a portfolio photo you pick as inspiration;
- your appointment details — service, date, time, and the payments and refunds made for it.
If you contact us by email, phone or direct message, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or wallet details go straight to Stripe and never reach or get stored on this website. We keep a record of each payment’s amount, status and Stripe’s reference number.
Collected automatically
- Our server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on the booking and payment pages to help prevent fraud. A login cookie is used only for the studio's private dashboard.
- While you book, your browser keeps your in-progress details on your own device so nothing is lost if you refresh. It's cleared when you close the tab.
How we use it
- to schedule, confirm, remind you about, reschedule and cancel your appointments;
- to take deposits and payments and to issue refunds;
- to contact you about your appointment;
- to keep client records — such as your past appointments and notes about your sets — so we can look after you and apply the booking policies;
- to protect the website and our clients against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
We only email you about your appointments. We don’t send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We only share it with the services that run the studio:
- Stripe — payments and refunds;
- Resend — sending booking confirmations, reminders and updates by email;
- Render — hosting this website and its database;
- Google Workspace — the studio's email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it’s needed for your appointments and for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, except for what we’re required to keep by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us at palacioslianna@gmail.com or (909) 258-7390.
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the studio dashboard is password-protected, and card details are handled by Stripe. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect yours.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them online.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
